Car registration in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg
The cumbersome administrative procedures discourage you, you don’t know where to begin, or you simply haven’t got time to deal with it, so let our professionals relieve you of these duties.
We take care of all the registration procedures for your vehicles (cars, bikes, ATVs, trailers…), whether new or second-hand,
- Obtain the registration certificate (“certificat d’immatriculation” / “carte grise”) from the SNCA
– Change of owner (second-hand vehicles)
– First registration (new vehicles)
– Imported vehicles (new or second-hand)
(We provide the tax stamps (“Timbres de Chancellerie” ), and we prepare the full administrative file) - Presentation of your vehicle to the SNCA « agréation » services (in case of technical modifications or of absence of C.E.C.)
- Presentation to the Customs services (Douanes et Accises) to obtain the « Vignette 705 », importation declaration, payment of VAT and other taxes (customs clearance)…
(Collection and follow up of the transit documents in coordination with the Customs Agencies) - Presentation of your vehicle to a certified expert partner, as part of the importation procedure of a vehicle from outside the EU (USA, Middle East, Switzerland, etc…)
- Request for a registration number (either standard or personalised numbers)

If needed, we pick up your vehicle at your address, on your work place, in our premises, or in any place convenient to you.
We are obviously covered by a « RC Pro » insurance in the use of third-party vehicles.
For non-residents, we propose a solution to register your vehicles in the Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg, an option with a number of advantages, such as a gain on VAT in the case of the purchase of a new vehicle (17%), no loss of points on your driving license in the case of exceed of the speed limit recorded by a speed camera, significant reduction of environmental tax, a lower fare for the tittle. We also propose export services for non-residents who wish to buy a vehicle in Luxembourg (re-registration, temporary car plates, coordination with the salesman and the local administration, transport…).

Technical Control (contrôle technique) in Luxembourg
